Your purchase will be shipped within 48 hours unless the product is out of stock, this excludes ordering on the weekend.  Customers must pay for shipping and handling. Back Order info will be forwarded within sixty hours of order. Shipping and Handling charge will added per the purchased product of $7, add $10 for shipments outside the continental United States including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We ship US Parcel Post and UPS, based on preference and location. Please allow for 4-5 Business days for Shipment to be received.

Return Policy

Returns will be handled as quickly as possible. Returns must be received with 20 days of purchase, after 20 days the refund will expire. All shipping and mailing cost are the responsibility of the individual returning the item. Prior to sending the return item, the individual returning the item must give notification of return via email at hardwickandcompany.com. Please enclose in the email contact information such as phone number, email, along with the description of the item, brand, and size. Please inspect the item for any tears, wear, chemical reactions, alterations prior to sending, any of these signs will make a refund void.

All refunds will be granted within 48 hours of product return being received if the product does not look damaged. Any physical damage to the garment from dyes, chemicals, or tears can not be returned. Hardwick and Company accepts returns for credit or refund (excluding shipping and processing charges) on purchases made directly through Hardwickandcompany.com as long as the returned product is not custom, visibly worn or damaged. If it is deemed damaged, the refund will be denied and you will be notified by email.
